DESCRIPTION:Who:  Anyone interested in learning more about Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition (WFPBN) and improving their health.  Please share this invitation with anyone who wants to learn more about the benefits of WFPBN. \nWhat:  WFPBN potluck and support group\, with education\, recipe exchange\, etc. \nWhen:  Every second Thursday of the month\, 5:30 – 7:00 pm \nWhere:  Gibbs Cancer Center Auditorium at Spartanburg Medical Center \nHow:  No need to register – just show up with a dish to share!  Please adhere to WFPBN guidelines which includes no oil and minimal added sugar and salt.  The list of recipe sites below should assist with finding adherent dishes.  Someone will probably ask for the recipe\, so please bring a copy of that\, as well. \n
