Fifty Upstate is acutely aware of the need for affordable transportation services in Spartanburg County. To assist those aged 50-59 who are physically and/or financially unable to obtain transportation to and from their medical/health facilities, Fifty Upstate is pleased to provide free transportation with our pilot program, ROUND TRIP. Funding is provided by a grant from Spartanburg Regional Foundation.
